This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») defines how personal data of Users of the website https://nrzx.ru (hereinafter — the «Website») is processed and protected.

The personal data operator is Maksim Andreevich Makarov, a payer of tax on professional income (self-employed), Tax ID (INN) 140501190696 (hereinafter — the «Operator»).

By using the Website, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Website.

1. What data is collected

1.1. Data received when signing in via Steam:

  • SteamID (unique account identifier);
  • public profile name and avatar;
  • other publicly available Steam profile data provided by the Steam platform during authentication (OpenID).

1.2. Data provided by the User themselves:

  • email address (e.g. when making a purchase, contacting support, or subscribing to news);
  • messages sent via the contact form, forum, or the project's Discord server.

1.3. Payment data:

Information about the fact and amount of a payment, and the transaction identifier. Bank card details are not transferred to or stored by the Operator — payment processing is performed by a third-party payment system in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

1.4. Technical data:

  • IP address;
  • cookie data and similar technologies;
  • browser, device, and operating system information;
  • activity statistics on the game servers (playtime, match statistics, leaderboard).

2. Purposes of processing personal data

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • providing access to the functionality of the Website and the project's game servers;
  • identifying the User and maintaining their personal account;
  • processing payments and granting purchased privileges;
  • sending the User receipts and notifications related to purchases;
  • responding to support requests;
  • ensuring security, preventing fraud and violations of the project Rules;
  • maintaining statistics (leaderboard, game activity) as part of the Website's functionality;
  • improving the operation of the Website and game servers.

3. Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of the User's consent, expressed through implied actions (signing in via Steam, registration, payment for services), as well as for the purpose of performing the contract (public offer) between the User and the Operator.

4. Disclosure of data to third parties

4.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer Users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4.2. Data may be disclosed to the following categories of third parties, strictly to the extent necessary to provide the services:

  • Payment systems and acquiring providers — to process payments (card details are not passed to the Operator);
  • Steam / Valve Corporation — as part of the standard OpenID authentication protocol initiated by the User themselves;
  • The hosting provider — as part of the technical operation of the Website;
  • Government authorities — on lawful grounds and in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Cookies

5.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable sign-in, save user preferences, and collect anonymized visit statistics.

5.2. The User can disable cookies in their browser settings, but this may limit the availability of certain Website features (e.g. signing in).

6. Data storage and protection

6.1. Personal data is stored on servers that provide a reasonable level of technical protection against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

6.2. The data retention period is determined by the purposes of its processing and the requirements of Russian legislation, but does not exceed the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in Section 2, or the period required to fulfil tax reporting obligations as a self-employed individual.

7. User rights

The User has the right to:

  • request information about which of their personal data is processed by the Operator;
  • request clarification, correction, or deletion of their personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a request to the email specified in Section 9 (part of the Website's functionality may become unavailable as a result);
  • file a complaint with the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) if they believe their rights have been violated.

To exercise these rights, send a request to support@nrzx.ru. The request will be reviewed within up to 30 calendar days.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

8.1. The Operator has the right to unilaterally amend this Policy. The current version is always available at https://nrzx.ru/privacy.

8.2. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes the User's agreement with the new version of the Policy.
