for access to additional in-game features (privileges) on the NORZEX project game servers

This document is an official offer (public offer) from Maksim Andreevich Makarov, acting as a payer of tax on professional income (self-employed), Tax ID (INN) 140501190696 (hereinafter — the «Contractor», «Administration», «Seller»), addressed to any legally capable individual (hereinafter — the «User», «Buyer»), to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below.

By paying for a product or service on the website nrzx.ru, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this offer, fully agree with them, and accept them in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (acceptance of an offer).

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Website — the internet resource located at https://nrzx.ru, including all its sections and subdomains.

1.2. NORZEX project — the set of game servers (Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6, Minecraft) administered by the Contractor.

1.3. Privilege / in-game service — a set of additional non-gameplay-affecting advantages (VIP status access, skins, agents, accelerated progression, cosmetic items, low-level administrative capabilities, etc.) provided to the User on the project's game servers on a paid basis.

1.4. Personal account — the User's account on the Website, linked to their Steam account.

1.5. Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer, expressed by making a payment through the «Shop» section of the Website.

2. Subject of the offer

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with access to the in-game service (privilege) they have chosen, in the scope and for the period specified in the description of the corresponding item in the «Shop» section of the Website, and the User undertakes to pay for this service on the terms of this offer.

2.2. The full list of available privileges, their price, validity period, and functionality description are published at https://nrzx.ru/shop/ and may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally without prior notice.

2.3. The service is of an intangible, virtual nature and is not a good within the meaning of consumer protection legislation as it relates to tangible items. Purchased privileges have no monetary equivalent, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred to third parties except through standard in-game functionality (if provided).

3. Ordering and payment procedure

3.1. To purchase a privilege, the User must sign in to the Website via their Steam account, select the desired item in the «Shop» section, and make a payment using the available methods (bank card, SBP, or another method specified on the payment page).

3.2. The price of services is stated in Russian rubles and includes all applicable payment system fees unless stated otherwise.

3.3. The User's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment funds are credited to the Contractor's account.

3.4. The privilege is granted automatically, typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In the event of a technical failure, this period may be extended up to 24 hours.

3.5. The Contractor is self-employed and applies the special «Professional Income Tax» regime. Upon the User's request after payment, a receipt is generated via the «Moy Nalog» app and may be sent to the email specified at checkout.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

  • provide the paid privilege in the stated scope and within a reasonable time;
  • ensure reasonable availability of the game servers, except in the cases specified in Section 6 of this offer;
  • inform Users of material changes to the terms of service provision via the «News» section of the Website.

4.2. The Contractor has the right to:

  • unilaterally change the range, price, and characteristics of privileges;
  • suspend or terminate the provision of a privilege to a User who has violated the project Rules (https://nrzx.ru/rules), without refunding the amount paid;
  • make changes to game balance, server functionality, and privilege content in order to maintain fair gameplay.

4.3. The User undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information when placing an order;
  • comply with the NORZEX project Rules;
  • not perform actions aimed at unauthorized access to privileges or circumvention of the payment system.

4.4. The User has the right to:

  • contact support regarding the provision of paid services;
  • request a refund in the cases provided for in Section 5 of this offer.

5. Refunds

5.1. A refund is possible in the following cases:

  • funds were charged, but the privilege was not provided due to the Contractor's fault, and the issue was not resolved within 72 hours of the request;
  • a technical duplicate payment was made for the same item.

5.2. A refund will not be issued if:

  • the privilege has already been provided and activated;
  • the User's account was blocked by the administration for violating the project Rules after the service was provided;
  • the User voluntarily shared access to their account with third parties.

5.3. To request a refund, send a request to support@nrzx.ru specifying the payment date, amount, payment method, and a description of the issue. The request will be reviewed within up to 10 business days.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted, round-the-clock operation of the servers and Website, and is not liable for temporary unavailability of services caused by maintenance work, actions of the hosting provider, DDoS attacks, or other circumstances beyond the Contractor's reasonable control.

6.2. The Contractor is not liable for the User's loss of access to their Steam account, or for the consequences of actions by third parties who gained access to the User's account through the User's own fault.

6.3. The NORZEX project is an independent gaming community and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or the publishers and rights holders of Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6, and Minecraft.

7. Processing of personal data

7.1. By making a payment, the User consents to the processing of their personal data (email, Steam account details, payment information) in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy.

8. Term and amendment of the offer

8.1. The offer takes effect upon publication on the Website and remains in force until withdrawn by the Contractor.

8.2. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the offer. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website's services after changes are made constitutes the User's agreement with the new version.
